The success of football has raised the country's name in the Olympic Games 1980 and at the same time give a great impact on national unity.

Secrets of success at that time was caused by the attitude of cooperation and unity in achieving success in the match. Strong team spirit shown by all players to ensure the success achieved.

Despite playing in a multi-ethnic teams, but the spirit of unity can be clearly highlighted in the match. They played not with the spirit of individuals but they play with their love to their country of Malaysia.

From here we can see, through sports we can create unity despite differences of race and skin color.

Video: Foods, brings harmonious lifes




Malaysians made up of a multi-ethnic society. Thus, every ethnic religious and cultural beliefs have a different. However, because diversity is what makes Malaysia a unique addition to enjoying a harmonious life. Harmonious life enjoyed today are the result of the attitude of Malaysians themselves who are tolerance, respect and openness in accepting cultural diversity in this country.

Malaysia has a variety of foods representing all ethnic groups. Believe it or not the food, we are able to live in peace and harmony. In fact, Malaysians are open to accept other cultures. Openness are what make Malaysia a tourist from outside the tupuan negara.Pada today, we can see many Malaysians like to eat roti canai, tosai and chapatti. These foods are the food of the Indians. Not to forget the nasi lemak breakfast foods should be a number of Malaysians do not think China or India. Nasi lemak is the food of the ethnic Malays. Yong Tau Fu is the Chinese food is often the focus of Malaysian food. Usually the food is easily available at night markets and there is also the seller is Malay. From here we can see the cultural acceptance of foods have been aware of it or not applicable.

Openness and respectful of one another are the keys to a harmonious life enjoyed today in Malaysia.

National Education Policy - Survey Outcome

According to the survey was conducted, about 63 people involved in this survey. But only 12 people who have answered the survey completed, and the rest just answering four questions or two questions.

Our objective for this survey is :

1)To examine the extent to which the sensitivity of the people of Malaysia to the National Education Policy. 
2)To investigate the awareness of student about our National Education Policy.
3)To know student's opinion to improve our National Education Policy.


Here are the results from the online survey that we have done :

  

As we could see, 67 % agreed with the objective which is to create a better education system which is high
in quality and meets the international standard. This is because, in order to be well known country, our country needs to improve our education system so that it meet the needs of the country and encourage the developement of cultural, social, economic, and political.


56 % said no at here. This is because, during the time of independence the syllabus of vernacular schools are base on the country of origin such as from India and China. But, according to the Education Act 1957 has revealed the syllabus is based on Malaysia's even allowed the use of native languages in vernacular schools.


In this question, 67% are partially agree that Malaysia's Educational system produce a well-develop individual  in term of intellectual, emotional, physical and spritual element. Our educational system have is include all of this things like co-curriculum, softskills, religion education, give a free text-book to the students and many more. All this things is to produce a well-developed individual, the only different is either it's well-practice or not.


56 % agreed by introduce merit based recruitment, evaluation, and
promotion regardless of ethnicity. This is because, we can determine the extent to which the increase or level of education that we have achieved in addition to doing repairs from time to time.

67% agree that "The quality of education system cannot exceed the quality of it's teacher". That is means the participant is agree that our educational system is not good enough and need an improvement to make it better. 
As for the conclusion from this online survey, we can say that the people of Malaysia are aware of the National Education Policy.
